If you knew me
If you really knew me
You would know how much I hate talking about me.
Hate that people are too nosy and need to mind there own damn business
Always judging me by my looks
Always telling me what to do
Always telling me how to do it
But never how I feel. Now if you really knew me
You would know that I am having trouble writing this down
Writing down my thoughts, my feelings, my emotions
Even writing down things I want yall not to know about
Now If you really knew me
You would know that I am not the smartest person nor the greatest
But you still see me in class trying, Trying to work, focus, participate, and gets stuff done.
Now If you really knew me
You would know that I am scared of failing my classes
Scared of getting an F
Scared that if I get the F
I won't be the first of the fam to be off to college.
Scared that I will let lots of love ones down including myself
Im scared that if I fail I wont be someone in the future
Someone with education and success.
If you really knew me
You would know that I feel stupid most of the time in class.
All these people using these sophisticated words in sentences.
All these people always moving their pencils around and creating master-pieces.
All these people acting smarter and looking smarter.
Then there’s me...
If you really knew me, what would you say about me?
