The relationship of Romeo and Rosaline is none existent. Romeo loves her but she will not because she has sworn not to love. This making Romeo very depressed. His friends sees him like that and try to help him by having him find someone else he likes. Because of that he goes to the party and found Juliet.

ReplyDeleteThis relationship also reveals Romeo's relationship with Benvolio and Mercutio. Since he is sad about Rosaline, they are nice enough to try and cheer him up.
