Act 5 Scene 3: End of a War

Prompt A:
In the final scene of Romeo and Juliet, the Montegues and and Capulets end their everlasting hate between each other. Similarly many siblings get into fights and in most cases parents intervene in order for the fighting to stop. In Romeo and Juliet, the prince explains to the Montegues and Capulets that their fighting is harmful and bad which is when the feud is finally over with and they realize the extent of their problems. In both Romeo and Juliet, and common sibling quarrels, without intervention of someone the hatred may have never stopped.

Act 3 Scene 5: The Bedroom

Why does Juliet think that she will never see Romeo again?
Why does Lady capulet not want Juliet to weep for Tybalt?

Scene 2 Act 6: Tying the Knot

Prompt C: "Ah Juliet, if the measure of thy joy. Be heaped like mine, and that thy skill be more". This line really emphasizes love at first sight. Here is Romeo and Juliet, in their teens, getting married no more than a few days after they met each other. This shocked me because Romeo seems to love Juliet like they have known each other for years yet he loves her the same after meeting her. This is even more bizarre is that they are being married several days after meeting each other which shows the extent of their "love". 

Act 2 Scene 3: The Beginning of being Spliced

A neutral character in Romeo and Juliet is Friar Lawrence, the one that is suppose to tie the knot between two secret lovers. The Montegues and Capulets are in fact rival families and the relationship held between Romeo and Friar Lawrence is strictly confidential because he is the one that has to make it official that Romeo and Juliet are in fact wed.

Act 2, Scene 2: Balcony Scene

This shows that two people are in love because they are clearly kissing. This connects to Romeo an Juliet because they are, too, in love. The story is about their struggle to find love peacefully, but also the growth and progression of their love as well.

Romeo Out of her favor where I am in love.

This passage interests me because someone of such a low age can be yearning for a significant other that he wants to spend the rest of his days with. Traditionally, we do not get married until our late twenties or thirties yet they did it when they were in their teens. This shows that he can be heart broken at such a young age and love like an adult.

Family

Friends will always be good

but not the best

which is why there is family

What I know to be true is that my family is like a church because they support me and give me love that I can never take away.

When I was little I never thought of it much, but my dad always made it a priority to come to all my sports games making him like health insurance: always there when you need it.

He would yell and shout, which I would always resent but I came to appreciate

My Mother on the other hand cooks meals and treats me with care every moment

My brother always keep me company.

Friends will be close, then drift away, but a brother is forever

We may fight but it will all pass because We. Are. Brothers

The rest of my family is like a phone because they are always at my side and I can call them if I am ever in need.

My friends are like a car.

A car is very useful but not needed.

They are there most of the time but every once in a while they need a tune up and fixing.

Family is not an important thing it is everything

What is know to be true may be small, but I know it is like a pen.
