In this scene, Romeo has gotten to the party. He sees Juliet and is stunned by her beauty. When he approaches her he kisses her hand. Juliet shocked, told him that hands where meant for prayer. Romeo leaned for a kiss only to be followed by another one. For at the end she was informed that Romeo was a Montague. This reminds me of all those romantic soap operas I used to watch before going to bed.
