Act 2 Scene 3: The Beginning of being Spliced

A neutral character in Romeo and Juliet is Friar Lawrence, the one that is suppose to tie the knot between two secret lovers. The Montegues and Capulets are in fact rival families and the relationship held between Romeo and Friar Lawrence is strictly confidential because he is the one that has to make it official that Romeo and Juliet are in fact wed.
