Act 2 Scene 5 Part 4/5 the nurse says, "Your love says, like an honest gentleman, and a courteous, and a kind, and a handsome, and, I warrant, a virtuous—Where is your mother?". This line really shows how the nurse is silly in a way. Not many times is a character this random, Shakespeare obviously had a sense of humor and was not too serious of a playwright. Juliet is confused by the way the nurse has oddly replied, but she does not take it the wrong way and is kind with the nurse. The nurse shows she is a silly type woman and does not always take everything in a serious matter.
